Yarn: cotton, merino wool or mixed yarn, 120 m/50 g [131 yds/1.7 oz].
Recommended yarn: Naco Calico, Drops Cotton Merino, Katia Concept Cotton Merino, Sandnes Garn Duo, Mondial Natural, Schachenmayr Merino Extrafine.
Totals used: 200 (250) // 300 (300-350) /// 400 (400) 400-450 grams;
7 (8.8) // 10.5 (10.5-12.3) /// 14.1 (14.1) 14.1-15.8 ounces.
Needles: 3.5 mm [US4] and 4 mm [US6] circular needles with a cable length of 40 cm [16 in] and 60 cm [24 in]; 3.5 mm [US4] and 4 mm [US6] double pointed needles (if not using the Magic Loop method).
Notions: 3 mm crochet hook, stitch markers, about 1 yard of waste yarn in a contrasting color.
Before starting, be sure to make and wash the sample. Adjust the size of the needles if it's needed to achieve the correct gauge.
