Totals used for a shirt with short sleeves: 250 (300) // 300-350 (350-400) 400 // (450) 450-500 grams;

4 mm [US6] double pointed needles (or circular needles with a long cable length when using the Magic Loop method) for the sleeves; 3.5 mm [US4] double pointed needles (or circular needles with a long cable length when using the Magic Loop method) for the cuffs.
Notions: 3.5 mm crochet hook, stitch markers, about 1 yard of waste yarn in a contrasting color.
