Yarn: cotton, merino wool or mixed yarn with a matching gauge. Recommended length – 160-200 m in 50 g [174-218 yds in 1.75 oz].

Recommended yarn: Casagrande Angora 70, Lana Gatto Merinocot, Lana Grossa Per fortuna, Rico Fashion Cottony, Drops Baby Merino, Drops Safran, Infinity Baby Merino.

Totals used: 150 (150) // 200 (200) 250 /// (250) 300 (300) grams;
5.2 (5.2) // 7 (7) 8.8 /// (8.8) 10.5 (10.5) ounces.

Needles: 3.5 mm [US4] and 4 mm [US6] needles with a cable length of 60 cm [24 in] (80 cm [31 in]).

Notions: 3 mm crochet hook, about 1 yard of waste yarn in a contrasting color, scissors, markers, buttons.

Before starting, be sure to make and wash the sample. Adjust the size of the needles if it’s needed to achieve the correct gauge.
Gauge of the stockinette stitch after washing and blocking = 23 sts × 32 rows = 10 × 10 cm [4 in x 4 in].
